Refund and Return Policy - Z the Great:
At Z the Great, we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely thrilled with your order, please take a moment to review our Refund and Return Policy to understand the steps for returning or exchanging items. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 of New Zealand.
Conditions for Refunds and Returns:

Time Limitations:
- In compliance with New Zealand consumer rights, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Product Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box, undamaged, and unmarked.

Initiating a Return:
- To start the return process, please contact us at kiaora@zthegreat.co.nz with your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and further instructions.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Z the Great error or a defective item.
- A tracking number must be provided to us to confirm that the item/s have been shipped.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected, as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges:
- If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item when contacting our customer service team.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Exceptions:
- Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
